Frustration spawns
confusion surrounds
Sometimes I can’t
get my feet off the ground.
I get stuck in time
where I can’t write a line.
I’ve put up a boundary
that I can’t surpass.
I hope that this feeling
is not one that lasts.
I need to get past
the words I can’t
to give my writing
that stupendous slant.
