With a character so strong
he always plays his role.
An actor with a charge
his story is often told.
From Mr. Banza in Taxi
to the Boss we know so well
Tony’s got the part,
and that voice we hear yell:
Angela!
Samantha!

Mona!
Jonathan!
It still rings in our ears
Not only is it the voice
but the memories that we hear.
But his acting didn’t stop in the 80s
there’s so much more for him to do
Also a Singer, Producer, & Director
It shows that he’s multi-talented too.
Tony knows how to get the parts
that keep his name alive.
He even plays himself
on Saturday Night Live.
So thank you Tony Danza
for taking us on that ride
And even though the talk show didn’t work
we’re still glad that you tried.
